A little wonder on every page. Can I see their book before paying?+
Yes. Create a free preview of their personalized cover and sample story pages. No payment card is needed for the preview. Choose a format when you are ready; the remaining illustrations are completed after purchase.
How much does it cost?+
The digital edition is $9.99 USD, softcover is $39.99 USD, and hardcover is $54.99 USD. Both printed formats include the digital edition. Printed pages use premium color on 80# coated white paper. Trim and physical page count depend on the story and binding. Standard shipping for printed books is $9.99 USD. Other delivery options and the exact total are shown before payment. There is no shipping charge for digital books.
What if the character does not look right?+
Check the character, cover, and sample pages before paying. If the likeness is not right, contact our support team before placing your order so they can help with your preview.
What kind of photo works best?+
Use a clear, well-lit photo of one person, looking toward the camera, with their whole face visible. Avoid sunglasses, a covered face, group pictures, and photos that are dark or blurry. The examples below show what to look for.
How are uploaded photos handled?+
The photo is used to create the personalized storybook character. For the current data-handling terms, read our Privacy Policy. Contact support if you need confirmation about retention, deletion, or AI-training use before uploading a photo. Read the Privacy Policy →
When will it arrive? Can I send it as a gift?+
Printed delivery options depend on the shipping destination and are shown in checkout. Use the recipient’s delivery address to send a printed book to them. We do not promise a universal delivery date here. Digital books are ready once the remaining illustrations have finished.
What is the refund policy?+
Scrively offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for customers who try the service in good faith. Contact [email protected] with your order details. The Terms of Use explain the conditions and exclusions, including limits for substantial use of created, exported, downloaded, or printed assets.
Can I make books for siblings?+
Yes—create a separate personalized book for each child. This catalogue’s photo-personalization flow uses one main child per book; it does not promise that multiple siblings can be added to the same template.
